Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Conditions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and $9 will be deducted from your refund total if we provide a return shipping label. You can also ship with any carrier of your choice.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
